Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients and maintain a smooth schedule, the following policies apply:
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in service modification or cancellation .
• Full payment is required prior to the start of the service.
